I keep reading how freemasons are evil and do horrible things. Yet I grew up with masons. I'm not evil, nor do I do horrible things. So, being new, and open minded. I would like to have a civilized discussion about the freemasons! And remember. I come from family members whom are passed now, but, were. Masons. I'm open to here. Thank you.

Do they Glorify the Father in Heaven or do they glorify themselves? Do they accomplish anything for the betterment of all of all or just those within their ranks? Do they, inwardly or outwardly, hold status over their fellow man? This happens within and without their group. Do they withhold information that could help all? Do they adorn themselves with trinkets? Do they build for themselves treasures on Earth?
I know a few myself and most you wouldn't consider evil in any way, it just cannot be seen with our eyes. Because they are hidden!
Do they ask for the things that they seek in the name of Jesus, who says if you believe in him anything you ask for shall be yours, or are they in the practice of making stuff happen?
Do they give a man a fish rather than teaching a man to fish?
We MUST still love these people!!! They are being used as tools, even at the top, by something that is evil.
Huh? I know your quoting some scripture. But, help me out please. Huh? I'm literally blind ok! On this anyway.
Open your eyes! You can see!
Jesus set everyone free from the oppressors that be.
Anyone that holds dominion over their fellow man (all people) would be deliberately against the Word of the Father. Anyone that builds a temple for themselves goes against the Word of the Father. Anyone that would withhold information that would help others goes against the Word of the Father. I think that their greatest evil truly is denying the Word of the Father and making their OWN way. Which is allowed, free will. This only serves as a way to embolden their own community.
An idiom believed to be derived from the words of Jesus, give a man a fish and he eats for a day but teach a man to fish and he eats for life. Charity for the sake of charity is no good, rather we should teach people how to get what they need. Jesus made this clear for us. Anyone that believes in Him may ask for and receive anything that they want through their own personal Faith in Him. If they aren't helping to raise the Faith and instead are using their own ends to erect their own Glory.....
I would suggest you read the Bible, your choice, but if you do start with the words of Christ. The whole of the Bible is a History book that is meant to lean towards the story of Christ being true so the whole is not necessary at first and can be confusing.... Start with the Words of Jesus Christ and expand on that. I read Leviticus a few years ago after wholly grasping what Jesus had done. Leviticus is a book of laws and Christ set us free from those laws. Our laws in Christ are simple to keep and ultimately good for all of mankind. When reading Leviticus I drew parallels through today's laws and made a startling discovery that the laws are meant to have dominion over their fellow man. Keep them in line. They used these Laws to cast asunder those they felt were less than them, and to REMOVE such from society. Strictly forbidden by Christ as all men are created equal and all are equal in the Eyes of the Father. This is why talking about sin is so important. WE ARE ALL GARBAGE!!!! WE ALL ARE AWFUL!! WE ALL FALL SHORT THE GLORY OF THE FATHER! The Father is not surprised by this in the slightest and He loves EACH and EVERY one of us the same. He wishes that we would turn to him to help us. He wants a personal relationship with all of us!
It is written that every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Christ is Lord so I am not too concerned with calling these people out for GOING TO HELL! We are also called to love our enemy so it would be dumb to ask you to hate your dad or grampa. As they likely are not, they will just have one hell of a Judgement Day, that will quite likely feel as though they are going through hell. But I feel that it will just be a correction in their ways.
Hope this helps, but you can call on the Heavenly Father for clarification and the Bible should help as well.
Source? It's not the Bible, that I can tell you.
Tis an idiom.
Chinese
Follow me and I will make you fishers of men. would be the appropriate words of Christ. Thank you as I had to look that up! Let it be known that none are perfect besides the Father above.
We can expound on that if you would like. As Christ said that none that follow him will hunger or thirst. You gotta believe.
I will correct the post!
This says it is a proverb (not sure if it is in the Bible as such): https://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/teach+a+man+to+fish
Or ask specific questions and I will try to answer them without paragraphs.
