It's almost like they placed a picture of Joe's head, while he was napping, put it on another picture of his body that is not really standing in front of the flags I have no explanation for he circle of color they imposed somehow. If they are going to practice fake, they should get better at it.
It's a picture of a picture... Of a TV screen at an angle. And less than half of the presidential seal, if that's what that is... Is actually unblurred, which makes me wonder what's the real source of this picture?
