Do not give them your vaccine status, they will: 1) put you on a nationwide data base, 2) Per haps use it against you to deny promotions, 3) perhaps use it to charge you more for health insurance premiums, 4). Provide it to anyone-government, insurance companies, future employers, 5). Your health privacy is your own-now they choose to ignore HIPPA.
