The “this” I am referring to is only the plandemic. The globalist agenda prior to that was almost unpalatable to most of the Normies. Those topics were almost off-limits and could not be discussed in any meaningful way. Even with my wife back then. Now, I randomly ask her who did 9/11 and the answer is no longer “some random Afgan terrorist from the other side of the globe”.
