Popes will see virtually anyone who asks and follows protocols - especially anyone who is presented as a ‘big fish’. Consider all the times Jesus himself was criticized for meeting with sinners.

It literally includes all people, and permitting photo ops is usually allowed.

Re Epstein… The mossad way is to get pics with people, see if they can compromise them, get more pics, and repeat. So for example there are also pics of Trump with Epstein.
