In conference call, they are saying vax/testing is going live Jan 4th. They say the gov is mandating it, and it has not been blocked by courts.
Also says the federal gov trumps the state laws, which I’m in Tennessee and they have blocked this

There is no Federal law requiring vaccination at this time. If they insist there is ask them to show it to you.
Educate them my friend. They never took a government class.
Nothing the resident says is law, it has to be passed by Congress in order for it to be law. And, this morning there were reports that the Senate passed, unanimously, to repeal such mandate for small businesses. All cases brought against the mandates have prevailed.
EDITED TO ADD: as for fed law trumping state law - NOT TRUE. The Constitution gives the power to the States to run things the way they want to, not what the fed law says. But, this BS isn't law, so it is a moot point.
