Maybe, I'm not familiar with what sites the searcher indexes other than the old archive. You should be able to find the same new posts listed on each if its also collecting from voat.xyz
search voat is it's own site. You can look for stuff you remember seeing there by using the search function once you click on the below link:

There is not much happening on what passes for QRV there, so maybe this was a failed attempt to try and kick things off that sort of faded away.
I noticed there were posts on the search site that were quite recent, from 2021, could it be from that relaunch?
