Other than the search site already mentioned below which as far as I can tell is the most complete article index, supposedly the site has been relaunched at:
https://www.voat.xyz/v/QRV
There is not much happening on what passes for QRV there, so maybe this was a failed attempt to try and kick things off that sort of faded away.
I noticed there were posts on the search site that were quite recent, from 2021, could it be from that relaunch?
Maybe, I'm not familiar with what sites the searcher indexes other than the old archive. You should be able to find the same new posts listed on each if its also collecting from voat.xyz
