Will the DS use the J4log CVE to initiate a nationwide communications blackout?

I think this new J4log CVE might be used to also bring down games like Minecraft and other game platforms that still use Java. I am sure though that, the UN might also impose DNS level censorship with their gift from Obama.

I see. They'll probably execute a zero day which would target the data-link and IP layers most likely.
