I'm 90% sure there's Doctors offices and nurses all over the country taking a few Benjamins to shoot the jab in the sink and fill out the record.

I wish I knew of one in my area. I'd give $500 each for my wife and myself.

Just go in to walgreens,they give the shots in a private room. Offer the money,if they don't take it say you changed your mind and walkout,they probably bill your insurance anyways. Contact wallgreens for a replacement card.
