Whether hes a troll or not, hes using .gov credible sources. The document itself is rather interesting as well. Between sullivan and a former cia director. Declassed in 2016, with full declass coming in 2026.
the q in the document was Mu'ammar Al-Qadhdhāfī. The guy is just baiting q people with retarded nonsense. Don't be stupid and listen to this dumb account.
I've been trying to confirm that and havent come to that conclusion as of yet.
it's so obvious because later in the document they mention S (referring to someone else). They do this so people can't control F.
