I mean not the obvious unconstitutional part... but thinking you could do this too
Use your religious exemption to opt out of testing because of a sincerely held belief you don’t believe in doing medical tests on yourself. Then you can tell them you are requesting an accommodation to bring in somebody who has a medical license to do so. This is all assuming your employer makes you test yourself
