Have you tried apple cider vinegar for sinus infections? The best remedy I ever had.

1/8 tbl spoon added to boiling mug of water with some honey to take off the edge.

Sip it over the course of about 10-15 minutes and then rinse out your mouth with baking soda. Completely cured my sinus infection that I had for several day in less than 4 hours.
