If the retention rates for people voluntarily lining up for boosters is only 30% after booster #1, how low do you think it's gonna be after booster number 4? 5? 6?
I think by shot #4, you'll see only 30% of the people who had #3 lining up for the shot.
They will NEVER in a million years be able to enforce vaccine mandates with a retention rate this miserably poor.

They will increase the vaccine rates if they forcefully put people in FEMA camps, pay landlords to nullify leases of unvaccinated, deny mortgages to unvaccinated, deny SS, Medicare/Medicaid, food stamps and the ability to grocery shop, do banking, buy gas to unvaccinated. If the majority do not stand up/rise up that will be what happens
