I say “Merry Christmas” everywhere I go. I live in a very conservative area in California. The other day I said “Merry Christmas” to an employee at the mall and he muttered under his breather in disgust as I was walking away. I was so shocked! I’ve had many respond with “Happy Holidays” but no one actually get upset. Wish I had a good response for him but I walked away and went to spread my Christmas cheer elsewhere.
