I’ve seen all the theories about this being his strategy. Him being Neutral. He can be neutral while not bringing it up every single god damn time he does an interview. The way he also brags about it is sickening. Even if it was saving lives he looks like a piece of shit being so overconfident about where it came from. As if he was in the lab synthesizing the shit himself. The interview with Candace Owens was HORRIBLE. Dude just straight up lied and said the only ones dying or going to the hospital are unvaxxed. I haven’t given up on Trump by any means and I hope I feel dumb for having these doubt but this is going to be really hard for him to recover from.

Yes.
Trump is making a huge mistake by talking about the jab and taking credit for it. It's exactly what it looks like. There's also no reason to assume it's all part of some ultra sophisticated plan to outwit the deep state. No amount of mental gymnastics can change that.
All that just amounts to Trump saying "this poison is a good thing but you can make your own informed decision about it"
Either the vaccine is a good thing or a bad thing.
If it's a bad thing (which it is), then Trump shouldn't be recommending it or taking credit for it. In doing so, he's making it look like getting vaxxed is the "normal" thing to do and that antivaxxers are crazy unreasonable people.
Trump COULD have been a very high profile figure speaking against the vaxx. Instead his position on the vaxx is that it's a good thing.
This situation cannot be salvaged.
