The question is what prosecutor or judge takes responsibility now for bad decisions? I see no one held accountable for the bad sentencing resulting in criminals receiving zero to light sentences and going out and repeating criminal behavior or something worse than previously perpetrated.

I see little concern in China over "bad sentencing", as a matter of fact, that is one of the key components of their preventing recidivism program....
