Tested positive for Covid... what do i do now?

Had a fever last night and some aches, now sore throat, got tested this morning came back positive.

Anyone have any remedies or stuff to take? Already been taking ivermectin.

Try some concentrated elderberry extract, too. You should be able to find it in the vitamins section at the grocery or at the pharmacy. 1 tsp a day. 2-3 tsp a day when you're sick. Tastes like liquid raisins. Get well soon!
