Many Websites DOWN...any one else seeing this??

Tried all my usual tricks...reboot, browsers, etc. Google, FB, Instagram all appear up. MANY other websites down DuckDuckGo, Banking, Corporate work, etc.

this am i had to reboot my comcast router due to lost connection

Yeah, my internet is working fine, but MANY websites I'm trying just to test, are down.

This could be an issue with your dns server. Maybe try hitting the ip address for the site rather than by name?
