Good news is that the believer is justified by the blood of Christ, redeemed in total. The works of Jesus Christ being complete and us being made righteous by his sacrifice. Cleansed from all unrighteousness and judged at the new birth to have the righteous of God. The unbeliever still needs to change their mind.
