There was a lot of rain for days and then high winds hit. This is an organic outage caused by fallen trees.
Organic weather ... I have a feeling that HAARP ( https://haarp.gi.alaska.edu/ had a little something to do with this.

Hi, I live in North Carolina and I was just without power until 6 am this morning all the way til 6:30 at night. It fucking sucked. A big tree hit my side of the power grid so it was extra tedious to get everything running. I appreciate all the hard work from the electric men & women though. Much appreciated. Is there going to be more blackouts though? More outages to be expected? Are they conjuring up these storms? Just had wind, rain, ice, and snow all in one fucking day. It had me scratching my head like.. wtf???
We have had weather like that here in NC many times in the past.
My power flashed for a fraction of a second, just enough to reset my computer, but not quite enough to make it shut down completely. It didn't even mess up the clock on the stove.
BTW, it thundered a lot this morning where I am. So we will get snow within 10 days. We had a short bout of snow showers this afternoon, but it didn't last long. We had a wind advisory most of the day.
The weather changes a lot here. If you don't like it now, wait a few hours.
