It's not that it isn't an amazing advancement to our technological speeds, but it's a few things.

1. The ability for a significantly better tracking system. 5gMM-Wave allows ISP (i.e. Government) to track you precisely where you are at all times indoor and outdoor down to the millimeter of where you are standing, for how long, etc. GPS allows tracking but to a much lesser extent. Now imagine this integrating with your digital credit system (bitcoin) and all of a sudden you can be denied access to purchase if you are not in a permitted store or zone.

2. Health - 5gMM-wave (not the other bands such as verizons C-band or the fake 5G thats just LTE) is cause for serious concern. Remember that traditional WiFi and wireless networks don't emit enough energy (have a small enough wavelength) to penetrate skin and cause damage. 5Gmm-wave is incredibly high powered with (in the name) very small wave lengths enough to cause damage if exposed directly. Now this will be pumping inside buildings, in the streets, everywhere since they need tons of towers.
