The cryptonym KUBARK appears in the title of a 1963 CIA document KUBARK Counterintelligence Interrogation which describes interrogation techniques, including, among other things, "coercive counterintelligence interrogation of resistant sources". This is the oldest manual, and describes the use of abusive techniques, as exemplified by two references to the use of electric shock, in addition to use of threats and fear, sensory deprivation, and isolation.[10]

I studied these. I learned that those who were able to maintain their individual integrity/critical thinking/groundedness were those who successfully resolved trauma & those who practiced Qigong breathing techniques!
Can we use this information to break the MFP? Let’s try! I wrote up the instructions and will post.
Breathing
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position; Uncross your legs; Place your hands on your thighs; use this same positioning to train your body to relax when you use this hand placement;
Take a full breath in through your nose, with tip of tongue at the base of your upper teeth and fill up your lungs and if sitting, roll your shoulders up and back. You can do this once or to some extent with each in-breath; Feel the stretch in your chest as it opens;
Exhale through your mouth slowly and evenly, with tip of tongue at the base of your bottom teeth; as you exhale visualize pushing your navel in and back against your spine.
Repeat
Extend your variations on this practice by standing with your feet shoulder width apart; Women place the right hand over your navel and men do the opposite. Place the other hand on top.
Sink into a partially bent knee stance; begin the breath. When comfortable with the breathing extend your arms slightly bent at the elbow up from your belly and in a position resembling that of holding a ball.
You can extend the size of the ball, and alternate each hand from on top, to on the bottom of this “ball.” Do this with a rhythm that matches your breathing.
Make this practice your own, keeping this as the foundation.

Also, people are posting about the abusive relationship cycle. Add to it the strength of the Pavlovian response is increased by the anxiety created in anticipation of the cycle, mask on, mask off, get the jab, mask off, now get another jab, wait two weeks, lull....oh no new variant, repeat mask, another jab and now more restrict mask....as we increase the stress and fear. They people have a stress induced tunnel vision.
The cabal employs persons of high social value to reinforce the attractiveness of staying the course. Now the relationship continues with more abusive and restrictions. This relationship is creating ‘narcissistic extensions’ out of the so called “Sheeple.” These are the people who you see abused in relationships, yet won’t leave the abusive cycle.
I would diagnosis the relationship abuser as a Psychopathological Narcisisst.

How we break the mass formation psychosis is written in the very manuals they’ve used over the last 100 years. The cia depersonalization manual and the kubark describes how people are victimized.

We must emphasize the resiliency of individuals who have successfully resolved traumatic overloads.
The trauma leaves scars and it can result in a set of rapid processing and acute observational skills.
Resolved trauma results in increased levels of self-trust along with sharpened boundary alarms.
Another skill that can become sharpened is testing truthfulness, otherwise known as congruency recognition.
These skills need to be taught SANS trauma IDEALLY.
They also are needed in order to overcome and prevent retraumatization.
Why are we tying ourselves in knots to define someone who is just plain f**king stupid. Call it any BS disorder you want….it always manifests as stupidity.
