Anybody have a solution for loss of taste/smell from the Chinese Bioweapon ? I got C19 Labor Day weekend 2021 … no taste, no smell since!

I didn't lose my taste when i had the Fauci Flu, but everything I ate DID taste extraordinarily salty. Too salty to eat.
I resolved it by rinsing with Cool Mint Listerine 3-4 times a day. There is some research to support this.
I got my taste back, but I was doing this in the middle of having the China Virus, not 4 months later. I know a woman who got it a year ago, lost her taste, and still hasn't gotten ot back.
We used an essential oil protocol for nerve retraining and got our sense of smell back within weeks, and I'd have to say that mine is better than it was before.
On a side note, my dad (80) lost his smell about 15 years ago. He's an avid coffee drinker. The other day he told me that he'd been using an oil that i had told him restores nerve function 2 or 3 times daily for a couple months, and that he smelled the coffee brewing that morning for the first time.
