Never liked spinach…now I have an excuse for avoiding it. A good rule of thumb is to avoid DARK GREEN leafy veggies that are high in vitamin K (blood thickener). Or, eat a consistent amount in your daily diet.
The Organic Baby Broccolli and Garlic I use are mainly for cancer prevention, lung and heart function:
Raw Organic Baby Broccolli contains all of the vitamins and nutrients that arent added to the protocol, you get everything from Vitamin A, B, K, C, also sulforaphane, magnesium and anything you need that are better in Natural Form. It's also great for lung function improvement. But you cannot cook it, you have to eat it raw: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uksaJeHfmsA
Organic Garlic is the powerhouse against cancer, is ranked as one of the most deadly veggies to use against cancer, it's also great for the cardiovascular system. But you cannot cook it, you have to eat it RAW or you will kill the nutritional benefit. Garlic is very spicy so I like to chew it up quick and swallow with water as fast as possible, 1 clove: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8tAAehC4BYs
I like this and agree except needs quercetin as the garlic is only empowered to transport the zinc to the abnormal cells if it has had six minutes of oxidization which is somewhat of a pain at times to do.
I also stocked up on Ivermectin for when I feel something coming on. No HQC as it can have slight side effects I hear. And I can make it with Grapefruit if needed.
Also, I did an study of all the studies I could find on berry extracts, etc. that were shown effective toward viruses and it turns out good old Echinacea was more effective in studies that Elderberry, to my suprise.
CAUTION! Careful with the Vitamin K. It WILL have a definite affect on any blood thinners you might be taking.
Agreed. If on blood thinners, also avoid natural sources like spinach

Broccoli is also anti-estrogenic
Plus w/the garlic, you're also covered for any vampire attacks :)
Just my two cents,
