Basically everywhere you look, you will only find resources on how men and women are or should be equal, etc.
Obviously this is NOT the case, from a biological perspective we are a sexually dimorphic species and males are larger. Also, watching animals, most of situations show males leading (with very few exceptions and sure enough in those exceptions women ARE larger).

The fallacy here is the unspoken assumption that all men are the same and all women are the same. They're not. Everyone -- male or female -- is unique.
Any way you slice it, though, everyone should be equal under the law.

Yes, it does. You are trying to make a very generalized argument that women are not equal to men. How do you propose to do this given that, while there are similarities, there are also vast differences between the members in either group? I would suggest that you are attempting to paint with too broad of a brush.
