Question about mRNA / DNA altering vaccines

What happens if a vaxxed mother gives birth to a child? Does the child have regular human DNA, or is the child's DNA now tainted too? And what about if the father is vaxxed and the mother isn't? Does he pass this tainted DNA along to the child?
