Late last week the Supreme Court heard arguments regarding the Covid mandates.

AFLDS filed a “friend of the Court” brief that provided robust research and hard data to the Solicitor Generals and the Justices.

From their arguments it's obvious that they didn't read it.

We were disheartened to hear the Supreme Court Justices ask such factually inaccurate questions and the Solicitor Generals not inform the Justices of the science.

While surprising, we take it as a lesson and will adjust our approach.

It was shocking to hear Justice Sotomayor make patently false statements regarding infection rates and severity. In addition to obviously not reading the submitted brief, it appears that she has also never read the Constitution. Our Bill of Rights guarantees individual’s human liberty - whereas she literally compared a human being to a machine.

Her words were so disturbing that the internet and mainstream media exploded with criticism of her.
