I can attest to this. I have 1 coworker who was fully indoctrinated a couple years ago. I have been SLOWLY redpilling him, giving him only as much truth as he can handle on any given day. For every 1 step backwards, it's probably been 2 steps forwards overall. Approach with love, patience, and truth. Don't manipulate. Be honest and be yourself.
