It was historically high 2 years ago lol.. it’s video game numbers at this point... and is one of the biggest signs that a hammer looms

There was a study about this done in 2011 or thereabouts. The average nationwide each year at that time was about 1,000, which were in a constant state of flux - being sealed and unsealed and replaced by more sealed.
