If anyone has successfully dealt with this, please share. I have seen the AFL doctors protocol. Something strange is going on. My whole family had COVID last August. All of a sudden my husband and I have had 3 episodes in the last two months, at the same time, where we both get insane chills, fever, cough, horrendous headache and body aches, fatigue. This also includes episodes of trouble sleeping and breathing. This kicks in at night for him and morning for me. Exactly the same every time. We both take ivermectin and usually are perfectly fine by that evening. Regularly take vitamin D. Even actual covid wasn't this bad for me.
This is the weirdest thing and feels like Covid is sitting latent in the body and resurfacing. Doesn't make sense why we both always get these episodes at the same time.
Please share any suggestions people may have to help beat this.
Very interesting. I don't have any experience with long covid, but just have a few questions.
How much Vit D do you take and what part of the hemisphere do you live in?
Do you take Vit K with D?
How long do you take the ivermectin?
It seems like your immune system isn't quite as strong as it needs to to prevent these reoccurrences. When your immune system isn't strong enough, it is usually due to nutrient defficiency.
I usually take 5000, sometimes 10000, with vitamin K. It has certainly helped with some muscle pain. I recently had my levels tested and it was 83, so I'm worried I will overdose if I keep taking it. We have only been taking the one ivermectin when symptoms start. Should we take more and if so, how much?
If it were me, I would take Ivermectin for 5 days at the least at the higher dosage. If I could afford it, I would also take it prophylactically as well.
