I have a buddy who works for the railroad who claims that they were just told that they were being moved to a point system starting Feb 1st that would cause employees to essentially have no time off. Their industry is also known for not getting a lot of personal time already. Internally, they are estimating that 60-70% of the workers wonβt be able to work under those conditions and talks of Strikes are being had. Perhaps this is intentional to cause shortages - maybe not. Just thought I would share and see if there were any railroad Anons who may want to chime in!

And Canada reinstituting the vaxx mandate on truckers, that's another supply line cut.
Sister in law's dad works for the railroad. He is stocking up on supplies. Thinks they'll strike.
