Only for practices that take medicare / medicaid. The easy solution is to NOT TAKE ANY INSURANCE.

if doctors and hospitals priced services correctly, there would be no need for insurance and we would be far more healthy.

If it was about health and not racking up charges for.medical test I'd agree.

But medicine is about money not health.
