I know many of these 2000 employees. They are faithfully fighting this fight. According to the SC, UAL can mandate a vaccine. However, those that applied for Religious or Medical accommodations under Title VII, received the following accommodation from UAL: INDEFINITE:
Unpaid leave
No benefits
No accrual of benefits and seniority while on leave
Essentially, terminated.
