I don't think the ICC will do anything to be honest. It's going to be up to us. Look at their website. No mention of this case. The court case he cites dated January 15th does not show up on their webpage at all.

No Investigation is underway either according to their site.

Searched by date, by Crimes against Humanity, can't find anything.

Search the world 'covid' on their site and you'll see that they also have been implementing Covid restrictions on their own court, offices and detention centers.

This just seems like a big distraction. I wonder what they could be trying to draw our attention away from...
