He has yet to rule. I get that having been the corp atty for Monsanto he would be seen as having a conflict of interest. But let's see how he rules and the issue at bar. As far as I can tell, he's been the only one who's actually stuck to the Constitution. In fact, he's the only one afaik who acknowledges there are two constitutions!

The FDA did nothing about this and let it go through. You have to look for the non-GMO label on your foods. Thats when I stopped listening to the FDA and glad I did, esp now in regards to the shots.
