The same way they executed congressmen and witnesses in the way. Boating accidents, ski accidents, plane crashes, hit and runs, dubious suicides, mass casualty shootings w collateral damage.

One good Dr. years ago, the coroner said died of a heart attack. Yea his heart stopped while on vacation, it was just a coincidence that he had 2 bullets in his heart.
