If Biden is not....

If Biden is not president, can he send troops to war? There are many things that Biden/Dems have tried that ended up as failures, will this fail also?

I would think not. So, that leaves us with a few scenarios moving forward:

  1. This whole thing never pans out. It's all just talk and fear mongering.
  2. Biden does send troops bc he is actually in control.
  3. Biden sends troops at the command of white hats for some reason we are not seeing at the moment.
  4. We've all been had and no one is on our side.

Any other possibilities?
