Thanks for posting this. I've actually been feeling bad for not being able to have a "normal" vapid conversation. I just keep thinking "don't you know what's going on in the world? We're fighting for our survival."

Agree. I'm the same way. Grew up playing sports, watched football my entire life.

At first this year I said I wouldn't watch because of the wokeness and BLM bullshit, but that has slowly evolved to just the fact that it really is just mundane bullshit.
