I think this post deserves a lot more attention that it has received. We need to figure out how widespread this is, because this is definitely surveillance state dystopian stuff. A lamppost is not like a small business putting a security camera up.
This is also a PTZ camera, so either AI or a person is controlling it to point at something and zoom in on it. It isn't just a passive camera.
I do have a question for OP, though. How did you know the IP address?
