I would but, my MP is Andrew Sheer, who, in my opinion, threw an election that would have been an easy win. However, worse than that, and possibly an explanation for the thrown election, Sheer is on the WEF list of young leaders for 2019.

Send it anyway. Send one to everyone. Don't worry if they are your local guy, opposition, doesn't matter. Contact every single one of them. Local gov too. Create a bulk email and resend it every week.
If I send him anything, it will be a suggestion to resign.
