For the past several months, I've always seen the POW/MIA flag flying below the USA flag. Wonder who gave the order to take it down, and why.
Also, the upstairs lights look odd... an arrangement I don't think I've ever seen before.

Formally known as the POW/MIA flag, the solemn black-and-white banner originally stood as a tribute to the troops who fought in Vietnam and remain missing or unaccounted for. Today, it is also a symbol of all those who still haven't come home from other conflicts, as well.Sep 16, 2021
As the wind continues to blow, it looks like maybe the POW flag is till there but wound tightly around the flagpole.
