I could only read the first paragraph, but it gave me the feeling Soros is looking for help against Xi. There was also a flash about Soros funding Maiden.... And a line that Soros advised Blackrock against investing in China. Soros is losing money somehow.

I don't think I've ever seen Soros operate so publicly before. Usually has minions do the dirty work. Losing friends, money, influence? How can that be? We know.
