IMO, he's just trying to beat the news that many inexpensive generic drugs have been shown to help the fight against cancer... OR the treatments that have been hidden from the public for decades will be slowly released, as in drip, drip, drip, so he can take credit. I don't believe ANYTHING that comes out of that IDIOT'S mouth.
