This cannot be happening solely at the Louisiana Department of Health. After watching the video, you can see several things occurring at once.

1. Greedy hospitals Intentionally miscoding diagnoses for profit
2. Potentially bankrupting insurance companies by forcing them to pay for everything (a way of putting healthcare under complete government control perhaps?)
3. Giving power back to the doctors albeit temporarily and not necessarily for the right reasons. (even today most 'hospital owned' doctors seem to be clueless in regards to effective covid19 treatments)

This video is exposing quite a bit more than what I believe the whistleblower intended. Things could get interesting.
