My daughter and I both caught the wuflu and we have the Vitamin-I paste version... We both took it and within 3 to 4 hours my daughter started feeling better... Took me 2 doses to start feeling better as I am 60 and she's 13... within 4 days we were back to 98% normal... I swear by Vitamin-I...

Actually no, all I had and have is the paste... Had the regular flu a couple weeks ago and the pste worked on that as well...
