They were CEOs/cofounders. Depending on if they were in office when the scientists and Moderna started this Covid shot experimentation and manufacturing, dumping the stock doesn’t negate their complicity and culpability.

No, but dumping the stock before it plummets in value means more money in their pockets.

These guys plan to flee to a "safe" corner of the world, change their identities and live the high life on the loot while ignoring the damage they've done.
