I know this has been posted before, but I'm still really curious about what's going on with his neck. Is there any explanation for his strange neck movements?

He's flexing those muscles out of anxiety, that he knows he's going on record, lying lying, lying about his criminal, criminal, criminal activities..

Developing nervous tics like that is a legendary indicator someone is anxious about answering questions regarding something they're involved in.
