He doesn't have unilateral power to do it... It isn't legal by any stretch of the imagination... Several of his cabinet members as well as several MPs are opposed to it...

That may be, but castro jr is biting off more than he can chew... By doing this he will surely cause the commerce of Canada to come to a complete standstill... He's doing more harm to the Canadian citizens than the convoy is doing... Do you actually think the truckers will stand for this??? A nationwide trucker's strike will cripple the country...
