You cannot call for a civil war if you know that your enemy also knows that it will turn out bad for them than good, with people awakening each day and with these large protests against them going on risking war long term wouldn't help even if they brought in every available asset for warfare. If they can't start a war with Ukraine regardless of false flags or not, how do you expect for them to start a civil war in America?
